A Soul Health Assessment Coaching Session helps you evaluate the health of each of your ten branches of my trademarked Soul Health Model to lead a more balanced life. During this two-hour session, I help you understand how the vitality of each branch affects your personal and/or professional life while I also assist in creating a “Soul Health Plan” to lead your most optimal life. Coaching sessions are very interactive in nature and require some “homework” on your part to prepare for the session. You will receive a Personal Soul Health Assessment packet as part of this session.  (Note: This is a two-hour coaching session.)
