The Body, Mind AND SOUL of everything…

even in managing worldly chaos!

We can’t deny the body because we live in it.

We question our minds all the time because they are both so active and reactive. But if we realized that the soul was in EVERYTHING, we would also learn to use it to our advantage, particularly in times when the world seems to be imploding or falling apart all around us.

The soul is making a comeback in health, which EXCITES me greatly! Strangely, the soul was originally an integral aspect in well-being all the way back to the earliest days in the field of medicine. However, it has become pushed to the side as science started to emphasize only what was measurable and confirmable.  Unfortunately, this leaves out a HUGE percentage of people (90+%) who wish their healthcare providers would talk about deeper subjects with them (and less than 5% of practitioners do!).

Despite these unfortunate statistics, it’s time to start refocusing on our innermost ally—our soul, as our best asset or tool in navigating current stressors. Think about this: how many time have your head or heart led you astray? Yet, how often was your gut instinct or “sense” for something been spot on?

As we continue to experience the chaos around us, it is important to recognize how caring for the body, mind AND soul can be instrumental in our ability to cope.

This video urges you to attend to your innermost self while learning a few techniques to access your inherent wisdom.
