Energy and the Soul:

How are They Related to Mental Health?

While the psyche and the soul are often mistaken as the same thing (which they are not!), what does closely relate is the concept of energy associated with our inner ally.

You can’t understand the soul without understanding how energy works. When it comes to mental health, the “misfiring” of the bioenergetic system a human holds can explain the often unexplainable origin of anxiety, trauma and other emotional concerns.

Energy cannot disappear or be diminished; it can only transform into something new. Many people struggle with anxiety that may seem unexplained—that is, until you understand the depth of the soul and any potential wounds that may exist.

Everything is energy and the internal scars we hold because of past betrayals, hurts, or regrets are always linked to the “energetic imprints” left on our soul. These imprints trigger us to experience anxiety, panic and other related concerns because of disruption in our bioenergetics field—the energetic signature of our body, mind and soul. Mental health concerns can often be explained by the subtle, yet deep energetic wounds left by unresolved issues. In many cases, the only way to reach Whole Person Health is to reach the soul-based layers of disruption that often exist.

This video briefly explains how the bioenergetic field must often be healed in order for sustainable health to return.
