What is karma, really?
Many people feel they experience bad events because they did something wrong somewhere in their life or lifetimes. However, sometimes karmic wounds exist because there is a lesson involved that pertains more to a person’s growth than any punishment they may think they deserve.
Karmic energy is complicated but it is always present to help us evolve. It shows up in the confusing, “sticky” relationships or situations that don’t seem to make sense and seems to persist until some major changes of some sort are made. Because emotions around the lesson are so intense, many people can mistake the discomfort as penance for wrongdoing.
This video helps you understand the true meaning of karma, karmic wounds and karmic energy. It also helps you see how karma and mental health often go hand in hand.
