Few people understand the “soul side” of mental health, treating only the body and mind of the concern.
Anxiety, in particular, has many possible origins beyond these aspects. My book, Anxiety: Treating Body, Mind and Soul, the first in my Soul of Psychology Series, will be released in the next few months.
What you should know… The origin of anxiety might be based in trauma from past-lives, in soul wounds from generations of high stress, from aspects of your astrological personality and more. No one is taught about these aspects in traditional training and yet the soul factors paint much more of the picture of anxiety than the influence of either the body or soul.
This video will give you a sneak peek into what’s to come.
